Founded in 2020, First Choice Care Solutions offers personalised and unique care throughout Melbourne. Led by experienced nurses, our team is dedicated to providing exceptional support tailored to each individual’s needs. While we focus on NDIS participants we also assist in aged care and TAC clients.

Our services include personal in-home care, care around the home, assistance in community participation, transportation to various appointments, shopping, and assistance with overnight therapies and care.

Tailored Care for What You Want and Need

Rather than providing an out-of-the-box approach to care and support services, we fully tailor our services to meet the needs of our clients. Initial assessments are conducted by a fully registered nurse who will better understand your or your loved one’s needs and goals. Once we have that information, we can match the most appropriate support workers to ensure you get the full support you need and want. If we need to hire support workers due to circumstances, we are happy for you, our client, to have an active role in this process. This means you may be invited to sit in and observe interview panels and other important parts. 

We See You as More Than Just a Client – You Are a Person

Although we have a much smaller organisation compared to many of our competitors, this actually benefits our clients and us. We can provide a more individualised and intimate service. We will treat you as more than just a client; you as a human being and person. So much so that when you contact us, you will only ever have to speak to the same one or two people every time. As part of our commitment to you and our passion for what we do, we will spend time with you and get to know you and the preferences that are important to you. When it comes to at-home visits and other interactions you have in person with our team, we will work hard to make sure there is consistency and regularity with the staff that supports you. 

Do I Have To Be Locked Into A Contract?

No, you’re not expected to lock into long-term contracts – although we offer our clients service agreements, we do not require that you lock into a long-term contract. We would prefer that you stay with us because you are happy with the service you get, not because you are stuck in a long-term commitment. We will also collaborate with other support service providers to offer what you need.
